Let the Games Begin!

I would like to take the time to introduce myself to all fitness committed ladies of the world. My name is Shonte Turner! This marks the first week of my 2010 NPC contest prep season. The cravings, mood swings and late nights at the gym all start today! The first show on this exciting journey will be the 2010 Ronnie Coleman in April, then on the Team Universe in July! I'm doing the first show as a warm up to get back in the swing of things! I am very excited to say I am now a member of Team Bombshell. I will be working with them (Shannon Dey & her husband) this year for all my shows and I am very excited to do so! I am putting my trust in them to do what they do best!

Let me tell you a little about me. I am a mother and wife! I served my country for 10 years active duty i nthe United States Air Force. I go to school full time. I'm a personal trainer by night and the lead document controller for an engineering company by day. So yes, I'm a busy girl that still manages to hit the gym twice a day! I go to the gym at 3am for a little morning cardio, then at work by 7am. Then I go in the evenings whenever I can get there. It's only Wednesday and I can't walk, bend or sit. Team Bombshell training is like no other! I can't wait to see the end results of my new 2010 physique! Right now the focus is leaning me out & reshaping my body!

I'm dedicated and passionate about fitness and setting the example for those around me! It's time for me to start living in my Body Up workout gear again! They have amazing support in their sports bras! Also, they have wonderful pants to train in & wear to the office on casual Fridays! That way I can hit the gym right after work!
