After losing nearly 50 post-pregnancy pounds, and struggling with post partum mood disorder, proper nutrition and exercise changed Jenn's life. Today, she is in the best shape of her life and her passion is helping others reach their fitness goals as well. Jenn especially loves helping other moms learn how to make fitness fun and fit into their busy lifestyles.
Jenn strives to provide her clients with moral support, encouragement and coaching. She works with clients to build confidence to accomplish their goals and to believe in their hearts that they are worth the effort!
